Full Blue Moon in Aquarius Circle: Themes - True Love, Adventure & Fortune ✨

As the moon fulls, another cycle is complete. And so... we reflect, and release!

This circle we begin with a slow yin yoga practise to release any energetic/physical blockages, we follow this with the potent healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls in a relaxing sound bath meditation.

Afterwards, The Soulwork's owner, yogini, Jessica, shares the themes of this full moon, ways in which it may come up, and how we can harness its energy. She then holds space for us to journal, and opens circle for us to share and reflect on the cycle past, and look at how this moon is manifesting in our lives. Circle is always safe, always accepting, always honouring and always nurturing of all. We come as we are, we are held, and we are allowed to simply Be.

Then, an informal, homemade-with-love, vegan meal is shared by all, as we chatter under the twinkling sky, with Mother Ocean at our feet.

Then, we write a letting-go list, and a beckoning-in list, burn them; and free dance under the stars.
