We celebrate each New and Full Moon with a yogic flow tailored around the specific energies of that moon and sky.

We set intentions, looking back, looking forward, and coming to the present moment with a new comprehension of it, and of our Selves.

We share in a safe space circle, thinking about how we are feeling and seeing these energies in our own lives, we share food, and we lay back for some star gazing under the enchanted and mysterious night sky.
