🎶You'll be led through a powerful and potent Soulwork yoga & energy session including energy releasing and cultivating techniques mixed with the ancient power of Yoga, followed by a healing & cultivating hypnomeditation with sound healing.
🦋This promises to be a transformational journey to help you release old stagnant energy and consciously create the new!
Margarita will then forecast the energies for the month, handing us a lamp to navigate consciously and to choose the higher expression, and utilise the energies for growth, joy and Love.
Safe space sharing Circle will then be opened. All are welcome. All are accepted as they are.
