New Moon in Gemini: Yoga, Manifesting & Sound Bath

An evening of intention setting, clearing, yoga and manifesting our new cycle!

We will begin with a short talk on what the new moon in Gemini combined with the solar eclipse brings up in terms of energy and themes. Then we will open circle to discuss how the energy shift may have manifested in our lives, and what we'd love to beckon in.

This will be followed by a gentle yoga flow, to release stagnant energy and revitalise the body, and balance the chakras.

Then, a guided meditation and sound bath to raise our vibrations, relax and connect to our deeper Selves and nature.

Afterwards, we bring out our journals and vision boards to dream up what we want to manifest this new cycle, over tea, cake and candles, under the dark, clean slate of the new moon and the starry ocean sky.
