This will be a night to truly remember and cherish, and connect with like-minded souls!

About Cacao Medicine:

Cacao is not just a delicious drink, but the cacao beans contain a psychoactive ingredient called theobromine, which translates to “food of the Gods“. Theobromine is a bitter alkaloid which has been shown to be very mildly stimulating, giving you a burst of energy and improving focus as well as memory storage.

Cacao also increases the flow of blood and oxygen to the brain as well as induces the release of endorphins and dopamine, our feel-good hormones. As a result, we are happier and our creativity is reaching peak states.

Since ancient times cacao has been used as a medicine to heal physical, mental and spiritual illnesses. Cacao has been shown to boost the immune system and lower cholesterol and blood pressure as well as leading to euphoria and deeper spiritual connection.

About Nisreen Anahata

Nisreen's 20 year journey to wellbeing has taught her the importance of deeply connecting to body, mind, and spirit. Nisreen learnt and practisedyoga and meditation in various countries such as India, Nepal, Bali and Peru.

This connection cultivated her passion to hold space for others to heal and transform. She shares and guides plant medicine ceremonies, yoga, meditation and ritual throughout the world and uses the sacred techniques taught by shamans in and around South America and Peru.

This lead her back to Cape Town to share the sacred techniques and worldly knowledge she has learned over a lifetime with you.

We will be honoured to journey with you, sacred souls.
