This is an incredible opportunity to dive deeply into your spiritual practise, and attune to your Higher Self!
Our sadhana will include one silent sun salutation, pranayama, mantra & silent meditation.
Doors will open at 8am for silent journalling and practise will begin from 8:15-9:30am. On the first two days I will guide you in, and from the third you will practise silently alone.
We are now working with ancient yoga, and the highest limbs of the astanga Raja pathway of yoga. We will honour this sacred practise, and its fruits will inevitably spill over into the rest of our lives.
About Pranayama and Meditation
Pranayama has been proven to balance the nervous system, resulting in a sense of calm and wellbeing.
Over time, meditation can rewire the brain, creating more refined pathways to the prefrontal cortex by increasing regional cerebral blood flow in those areas.
