A Sacred Space to document this most special, challenging, Heart Opening time & create a hand-held Forever Memorabilia Book that you can one day give to your Little One.

About the event
Our Magical Motherhood Circle Includes:
Guided Meditation by Hypno & Parts Therapist, Yogini & Facilitator, Jessica O'Mahoney (some weeks Jess may even use sound healing too)
Somatic Exercises to release & come into space with Little One & Self
Creating Your Visual Journal: Each week there will be a different theme which you can reflect on; you'll be asked to bring Found Objects, photos, keepsakes etc. & led into Art Process by renowned art teacher, Amelia Nuttall. The journal will be in mixed media as you will explore different modes of creative expression (drawing, writing, collage, poetry, painting etc.) & also have time to document & reflect on the past week. You will be given optional homework to bring back the next week & the circle will be your accountability buddy.
Song & Dance: every ancient community uses this as medicine, & we will too
