Service Description
A journey of body, breath and movement to allow us closer to our Selves. Yoga can be traced back to 5000 (some archeologists believe 10 000) years ago, and its sacred art is just as potent now as it was then. The Soulwork's practise works to incorporate all the limbs of Astanga Yoga to reach Balance... To reach 'yuj' - connection... With Self... With Soul. The physicality of the practise is devised from a blend of traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga learnt in Rishikesh, India (the birthplace of yoga) and a vinyasa taught at top London yoga studios for celebs and VS models alike. The practise is a full body workout. We integrate a hint of Barre & Pilates, so as to tone and strengthen the whole body (yoga does not traditionally access the glutes). We end with a guided meditation, based in the ancient practise of Yoga Nidra for mind/soul transformation. The practise accesses the subconscious mind to clear it and replace old unhelpful messages with positivity and light. This is included with methods learnt from London, South Kensington's top psychologists and rapid transformational techniques for healing unhelpful subconscious patterns and replacing them with positive and helpful patterns as well as methods for consciousness expansion from the Monroe Institute. We incorporate our own techniques for opening the heart, in turn increasing the body's electromagnetic field for more good energy. Throughout the practise we work with breath, movement, words and energy, going on a journey deep into the Ancient art of yoga. The practise, in total, is a deep heart-opening, and energy cleansing, raising our vibrations as well as working our physical form to optimum health.
