About Jessica
Hi, I'm Jessica
With an Honours degree in Psychology, training in Hypnotherapy, Parts Therapy, Yoga, Kundalini and Somatics, and a lifelong devotion to healing, I bring together the science of the mind with the soul of ancient practices. My work is also shaped by my own journey as a mother and as a woman who loves the Wild, the Deep, and the Sacred.
